I ADORE THIS DOCTOR DESIGN!!! i love the question marks on the coat and her voice is so fun. the art is lovely too, it reminds me of 2000s cartoons and 90s comics.

The question mark detail was inspired by the 80s era of Doctor Who, all the Doctors from late 4th to 7th had that lil detail on their costumes so couldn't resist including it~
